Full Mouth Dental Implants
Unlike dentures, which are designed to be removed each day, or bridges and crowns that will require regular maintenance and replacement, dental implants are a permanent solution to missing teeth. A full set of implants is custom-created for your mouth and can be placed as one bar of teeth to fill in your smile when you are missing more than a couple of teeth. Because they're permanent, you'll never have to use adhesive or remove your implants.
Dental Case
Initial X-ray

Dental case in which the patient lost all the upper teeth and was looking for a fixed solution that was most similar to having their natural teeth.
One of the many advantages of the all on 4 concept is that it is a less invasive solution to restore all your teeth in one arch or both.
Impressions are made of the teeth and a CT scan is taken of the patient’s upper and lower jaws. This information is used to plan for the position of the dental implants

In this case, due to the patient's preferences, he did not want to undergo paranasal sinus elevation, which due to the premature loss of the molars, had lost bone size in that area.
Bone grafting is avoided by tilting the posterior implants using the available bone, which thus reduces the need for bone grafts and allows anchoring in better quality bone (maxillary anterior areas), making it possible to use longer implants. In this technique a secure and stable anchoring method is used without the need to prepare the bone (it will only have to be grafted in some cases isolated). Two straight anterior implants and two implants tilted up to 45º in the posterior are placed. Bone grafting is avoided by tilting the posterior implants, utilizing available bone.

For this process at DG Dental we have conscious sedation for the comfort of the patient, in which the patient is alert and aware of the mandates that we are saying, but without feeling pain, and thus avoid the anxiety that being in the dental chair. With conscious dental sedation, the anesthesiologist delivers the sedation so that the patient reaches a state of deep relaxation. For this practice we have specialists in anesthesiology and thus achieve the patient's state of relaxation.

Once the final prosthesis selection was made to Porcelain.
